I cannot scream it any louder - but I’ll try. *clears throat* 📣THE WAY THAT DRINKING RE-LYTE IMMEDIATELY STOPS MY NAUSEA IS SOMETHING FROM A MAGICAL FAIRY BOOK. And I want alllllllll of you to know about this. It’s physiology! It’s science! And you don’t have to just chug through weeks of feeling poorly without solution. Redmond Re-Lyte is so yummy to sip on throughout the day and has soooo many benefits to mothers - during pregnancy, during BIRTH (hello energy and electrolyte demand!), and especially during breastfeeding. It’s a mom hack we all need to know about. Re-Lyte doesn’t use table salt as their sodium source, like a lot of major powdered electrolyte brands 👀, and instead uses their famous unrefined sea salt mined in Utah. That’s a big deal. Re-Lyte also contains two forms of magnesium, and is one of the only brands that contains calcium. My fav flavors are strawberry lemonade, lemon lime, and mixed berry - droooool. Anyway, happy hydrating!
Have you tried putting your Re-Lyte electrolytes into Jell-O? Game changer!
