These blends are carefully sourced and expertly roasted for deep flavors, balance, and drinkability. With our rotating Dark & Medium Coffee Subscription, you can easily try all the original blends that La Colombe was built on. Every month, our roasters will select a different coffee from our collection and you will receive that coffee for the entirety of that time until the next roast is chosen. For example, if you want your subscription delivered every week, you will receive the pick four times before a new one is chosen. All coffees will be medium to dark roasted. Blend Notes Deep Bleu is a seasonal dark roast created with organic USDA coffees from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Peru and continues our commitment to sourcing coffee from farms that emphasize sustainable practices.
